There's free beach area near the lighthouse. Take a short cab ride there from the port.

I’m not sure about a free beach. However, the port has a large pool at the end of the shopping area. Has a swim up bar and everything. It’s really nice.

Take a taxi into town. There are beaches and restaurants around. It’s been a while since I’ve been, but I’m pretty sure beaches are free
