leave early for Maho Beach (airport beach), and give lots of time to get back to the ship. Great experience, and a nice little spot next to the beach to grab lunch and drinks (Refuge & Sunset Grill)

My favorite port on the trip. We took the double decker bus tour through Norwegian. It was a great way to explore the Dutch side of the island. We had a few stops on the tour. We stopped at toppers rum factory. They have many rums for you to try. Including spiced, coconut, banana caramel vanilla and many more. They also have their specialty flavors like jalapeño cotton candy which was so good we bought a bottle of it. It tasted like actual cotton candy. Next we stopped at maho beach. It is the beach behind the airport where you see plane make people fly over the fence. Don’t worry when you go on this tour the planes don’t come in yet. Next you go to a cheese factory where you sample some Gouda cheese and could buy some. After that you go to a carousel which is famous and there is also a gelato shop which has the best gelato ever. Also the port are has a lot of. Ice shops to go shopping at. If you go here you have to do a tour to explore the island fully. Don’t just walk around the port

Easy walk from pier to downtown. No need for water taxi. Used the beach out front of Holland Hotel. Two chairs, table, umbrella, clean bathrooms, shower, and four beers was $25.

Excursion toured both nations on the island. With a stop on the French side to Grande Case beach. Simply the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen in my life. If you only go to one beach you must go there.

Little more "touristy" than St Thomas in my estimation, however the water is just as spectacular. Take the water taxi ($7 per person round trip) across the bay and lounge in a chair with an umbrella. You won't be dissappointed.
