On of my favorite islands. This island has such a quaint feel to it and the people are extremely warm and friendly. Granted, I went to this island over 20 years ago, but what I can remember, it was beautiful and breathtaking. I would definitely return if I had the opportunity to do so!

Did turtle and beach excursion through Carnival. The excursion crew was great. There is only 1 turtle, which is good and all, but the excursion pictures make it seem like you will swim with turtles not turtle. You also get to snorkle over 2 ship wrecks. If you wanted to spend time on beach you had to swim to it from boat. Not exactly what was expected, but made the most of it. Would not do again now that I know all details.

Best spot of the cruise! Take a taxi to the nearby beach which will charge you $10 round trip pp to a beach 15 minutes away from the ship that will charge you $25-30pp for a beach chair, umbrella, two complimentary drinks, free shower access and you can stay about 2-3 hours and your taxi driver will pick you up at the time you agree on to take you back to the ship. Also, they have water activities like water slides, jet ski, etc, are an extra charge, but reasonable. I did the jet ski and I must say, if you haven't, give it a shot if you're not too fearful of speed!!!

I loved this port, best part was Milly's snack shack. The fried chicken was the absolute best! We did the harrisons cave tour. Pretty cool but if you dont like water constantly dripping on you, it's not the excursion for you.

Took taxi to restaurant, sat outside and watched the fishing trips come in with their catch. Worst taxi drivers...beware. Island pretty. Would take a tour to see more next time

Barbados was the most beautiful port of our entire trip! Highly recommend taking a tour of the island that will take you through most of the 11 Saints of the island. A must stop is at Carlisle Bay Beach. This beach is the most beautiful beach that we have visited in the Caribbean this far. The sand is white and fine like baby powder and the water is the most clear and beautiful just like a salt water swimming pool. They have beach service that will bring you food and drinks. We loved it so much we plan returning for a week in the near future.
