Take a $3.00 taxi ride to the boat house it is close to the port. For $10.00 you get a lounge chair,cocktail and a ride back to the boat. Perfect day.

We don't really like this port, although to be fair we did not visit the island. We only went to the down town.

Other than the weather, we were there one of the 25 days a year it rains, it was great.

Don't bother doing the ship's excusions- you can do all of them yourself for a fraction of the cost! We did the rum distillery and the Hamilton caves and then made it to a beach- definitely recommend the rum distillery! fun and educational.
