Basseterre, St. Kitts Port Reviews

Did a ship excursion to private beach. 3 maybe 4 hours. Had a couple of Rum punches. Beach loungers included. Umbrellas extra$. Still nice perfect transportation. Time for cha che shopping. Just true relaxing. Hope your on one of the first ships arriving. Gets crowded but they handle it pretty good.

Watch out for the people with monkeys .. they're trying to put a monkey on you, take your picture and then harass you for $$. I had to get pretty aggressive with them to get them to leave us alone.

Great stop! again we did our own thing. Also one of our favorite islands. Locals are so nice there.

Beware of the monkeys. They bite. And that includes the ones that you can take your picture with. My daughter was bit, and the handler just laughed. Disappointing

We did snorkeling and sailing, which was amazing. We had a blast.

Loved the catamaran and snorkeling beach day very fun

There's definitely a party vibe at this port. Please note that if you exit the gate you will be asked to show your Sea card as well as ID for reentry into the port area. I suggest snapping a picture of your state ID or passport for that purpose.

I love this port because you can walk right off of the boat and go to your left for a free beach. Advise to walk on the street and not the path right by the water because that part is rocky. I snorkeled and saw a starfish, sand dollars, colorful fish and a huge turtle!

Over crowded catamaran. Snorkeling was just ok - reef is dead/dying and they have to attract fish by feeding them.
