This was another port that we were told we wouldn’t be allowed to do excursions on - only ship excursions. We decided to hop off the ship to look around the port and found there were many tour guides offering tours. We did another $25 tour around the island and visited an old historic Sugarmill in an open air bus. We also drove up to the top of the mountain and viewed where the Atlantic and Caribbean oceans meet.

Been here twice now. This time the Brimstone Hill Fortress was not impressive as first.Romney manor was the same case as with BHF.Timothy hill was not as advertised. It is not a got view.Avoid the guy slimy aloe.Forces it on you even though you say no.Took the tour through Carnival.

Would have loved to have shopped and explore a little more but the hustle of the cab drivers and tour guide was too much. Then people trying to put monkeys on your should to make money just drove me crazy. Same style issues with Nassau minus the monkeys and a total turn off.

This was not part of our original itinerary. We booked this cruise BECAUSE it was going to Bonaire. They cancelled that port very last minute, and took us to St. Kitts instead. St. Kitts was like tourism on steroids. The pushiness of the tour guides and the bus/taxi drivers was ridiculous. We didn't stay in port for an hour.

The scenic train ride and Brimstone Hill. Our narrator was very nice and informative telling us about the island history, people and life there. This excursion was very well organized and everyone takes such good care of the visitors.
