This was a decent spot. I definitely recommend booking an excursion or finding a beach to go to. The area just outside of the port has a bit of shopping, but after awhile it is all the same items. Also starts to get sketchy if you walk too far outside of the port area alone, at least that we how we felt. We went horseback riding in the countryside which I would recommend to others. We booked thtough RC. Had beautiful views and was very relaxing. The guides were good and they brought some h20, but I would recommend bringing your own and hand sanitizer.

We did the Segway tour with Sugar City Adventures. Two hour Sugar Lands tour. Booked directly with them. We were 2 veterans and a rookie. Very professional and an enjoyable tour.

Went in Feb and going back in Sept. Any suggestions for authentic Caribbean lunch options? Last time we did an island bus tour for $20 a person. We made several stops including botanical gardens and sugar mill. Then on to friggets beach. Nice sea weed free beach but the only food/drink option was high priced. Would like to try something more authentic this time.

Book Captain John with D' Perfect Life boat charter to take you over to Nevis for the day. $500 for a 1995 45' Sea Ray. It's a little worn but definitely with it. The snorkeling was amazing.

In St. Kitts we went to Carambola Beach Club (free entry) at South Friar's Beach. The beach and scenery are nothing great here. Right next to Carambola we found a nice rocky snorkelling cove. We saw an octopus here, and some small colourful fish. The taxi cost us $4 pp each way

We got off the boat just to walk around. We found the island people to pushy and rude.

Beware of "pick pocket monkeys", and our friend was bitten two times by one of the monkeys, so be careful holding the monkeys. Much more plush Island.

Took the Amazing Grace train tour. The train ride is very nice although the time was moved to 8:30. Then went to the museum for John Newton who wrote the famous hymn. The company who ran this tour seemd disorganozed and we wound up driving back and forth to the museum.
