Second time here. You can tell by the shops at the port to attract people. Not much else there at the pier. Last time here we booked our own excursion with aristocatcharts.com it was fantastic.

We chose not to take an excursion on Tortola, In retrospect, we should have taken one to Virgin Gorda because the town in Tortola is nothing to write home about nor is the beach we visited.
