An incredible beautiful island, but also very commercialized now. This is a major stop for most Caribbean cruises, but the beaches are incredible. The one thing that could be scary is the airplanes that fly extremely close to the public beach, as the airport is adjacent to the beach. Other than that, it’s an amazing place to vacation.

French side of this island is very Pretty. Had a great time eating French pastries and desserts. Walking along the marina is relaxing and has a lot of sail boats, yachts, and catamarans.

Went on the catamaran tour to Tittamare island. Nice trip, beautiful beach. Think I like the dutch side of St. Martin better.

Marigot is OK. The entire island is still recovering from the big hurricane last year, so you have to give them a pass.

Beautiful beach where we had the tastiest lunch and wonderful drinks. Did a short boat tour excursion which was well narrated and called attention to points of interest

By far my favorite stop on our cruise on the Carnival Dream in 2013! Beautiful weather, beautiful water, and an overall wonderful time. Well worth getting off the ship!

Try to avoid arriving on Sunday. French side of island shuts down.

Must check out planes at Maho Beach. Then head over to Orient beach for a nice day.

The tour of the harbour by boat gave a good perspective of both sides of the island.
