Since we were in a suite we got to get the first tender to the island which was smooth and fast. When we got to the island we were able to pick chairs right on the beach, we were the only ship there so it was great. As far as the haters on the food - it’s lunch nothing great but definitely not bad.

Princess cays was gorgeous! We didnt do any excursions. But the water was so clean and beautiful! The only flaw about this island is that its really rocky BUT there are some parts that aren't so that was great

If you want a quiet experience, go right after getting off the tender. Go right, over the bridge, and this side is less crowded. The only downfall is that the food on this side closes a little early. Highly recommend water shoes for this island. There are areas where the beach/water is rocky.

The Island is nice but, it's carnival own and the only thing to do is lay on beach. Don't waste your time on the excursions here, it's not worth it. Lunch that is provided is horrible. Burgers looked like charcoal brinks. Had the hot dog which was ok. The side salads provided was nothing to brag home about.

We did not do an excursion at Princess Cays and chose to swim and lay on the beach. We were there the first week of December and the weather was beautiful. It was around 87, which was warm for this time, but the water was very cool. The buffet lines are long but the food was hot and there were hamburgers, hotdogs, pulled chicken, pasta salad, potato salad, vegetables, etc.
