Overall great cruise. There was a horrible smell on one of the floors. (Sewage smell) never heard what the problem was. But they seemed to work on it the whole trip. Had my 2nd spa on the same ship, overall great! Dealing with them over prepaid was HORRIBLE both times! I plan to never buy another spa on carnival ships.

It was smooth for the most part. Most (not all) staff at Jax Port was rude. When they started calling zones anyone who was just arriving started boarding no matter what their zone was. Made it a little crowded.

The pool, I was disappointed, I had a black tank top on, when I got out it looked like it had been bleached. Same with my husbands hat. We have never had this happen. Our daughter loves the slides but she didn’t slide much this time, her along with everyone else would get stuck and have to push themselves down.

Everything was great minus the Piano Bar, that guy was EXTREMELY RUDE to everyone he came in contact with! He needs a new job!

Of course with this being an initiator room with 4 people it was cramped. But the cabin stayed clean.
Shopping, straw market is pretty big, locals are pushy, and GIRLS, they want to braid your hair! They say $2 but that’s per braid and they do them small. So watch out, you could end up paying $50-$100
