Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas Port Reviews

Was amazing, best day we had. Everyone there was wonderful

We loved this. So much to offer on a tiny island.

I enjoyed Coco Cay, but we shared our day with passengers from the Wonder of the Seas mega ship. That made it way too crowded. We could not enjoy the pool. There were no seats, and the pool bar was extremely crowded - 3 people or more deep. I would prefer one ship in dock at a time. I think it would have made for a more enjoyable experience.

It is a perfect little island with so much to do, eat and drink. We stayed mostly on Chill Island. There are a lot of free places to eat and there are some that you pay for. Same goes for drinks. But if you have a Deluxe Package you can use your seapass. I want to try the Oasis Lagoon Pool on my next cruise. It's suppose to hold over 2000 people. We didn't bother buying any of the Thrill Packages to go on the big waterslides.

This was our favorite port! It was amazing being on a private island and being catered to like we were VIP. We snorkeled and did the jet ski excursion. Jet skiing was amazing, I highly recommend it. You end up jet skiing for about an hour. The sand was super soft and the water was really clear. Do watch out when you are snorkeling for tiny jellyfish though. We did get some stings on our arms but they didn't hurt that much cuz they were very very tiny. Your drink packages and the food on the island are included so you don't need to pay for anything extra well you're there.

RCL made a mess of our beach club reservations (we were refunded after our cruise) and I can’t be in the sun all day due to medical issues around medication I take so we rented a Chill Island Cabana. Expensive but very nice and very chill!

Find XL hammocks around bathroom areas. There are only a few dozen on the island. Bring cash for shopping from local vendors. All food is free except Captin Jack's. Hamburgers, funnel cake, Carmel brownies, all you can eat papaya, Mango, kiwi! Oasis beach is a FREEZING cold man made pool. Most attractions cost tons of money. Towels are free for the day. Many, many seashells. We saw a baby lion fish. Great island to sit and do nothing for a day. Lots of shade umbrellas. Special wheelchairs available for getting through the sand.

Ive been loyal to royal for a long time and remember the old Coco Cay. I personally think some of the attractions (waterslides balloon etc) should be included in cost of cruise. I see charging for cabanas and all but its their private island we should have some perks when stopping there

With two huge ships docked at Coco Cay, it was unbelievably crowded. Not a chair to be found, so many people everywhere, bumping into each other when trying to swim in the water, and long lines for food. There was loud music blaring all over then Island. It was not a relaxing day. We will never return!
