Have to agree with the others. Have booked it 6 times since 2018 and every time it's been canceled due to winds. Royal may of finally figured out it's more efficient to not offer in advance only to refund more than run, and only do same day ticketing.

Anything on their private islands has to be booked through Royal.

You can book it on the island. They aren’t able to go up with it very often so that may be why they don’t offer it as an excursion. I’ve been there several times and we have never seen it open.

Weather is usually factored into that. Rather than always canceling because of winds you can pay at the balloon.
