Go to either main pavilion buffet and ask to talk to the manager. Accommodations such as making something fresh eith alternative ingredients will be made. You may have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes to get the food.

We were there the first week of February. I talked to the chef at the buffet and they were very accommodating with my gluten intolerance. They made me a fresh burger on a gluten free bun and fries from a dedicated dryer. There are many options.

My fiance is GF and DF also. On the island I suggest the buffet ( Skipper's Grill). It's the better of the other cruise island buffets. They have multiple stations including Mexican, salads, fruits etc. It's always a struggle with those allergies but I think Skipper's Grill is pretty decent. Have fun!
