If there are any available tickets left once on board you go to the Shore Excursions desk usually located not far from the Guest Services desk. You can also try via the app once it's connected to the ship's system. Lastly you can try the day of at the entrance of the waterpark.

I'm not sure if they hold spots, but you can check with the shore excursion desk once onboard.

They hold some extra spots for their suite guests. If you happen to be concierge level, don't worry 😉 But if not, get em the zip line pass and the balloon ride and you guys will be fine!

Check online daily for there are any tickets that open up. If not go to the excursion desk on the ship and talk to them and they can put you on a waiting list.
