Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas Port Q&A

4.6
We are going to be here on April 11th. Is there anyway to see if there will be another ship besides the Mariner of the seas? Hoping not due to overcrowding. Thanks

There are several websites available; just google “port schedules”. But don’t worry; there’s plenty of room. We were on Enchantment while Oasis was there and there was not problem getting a chair and umbrella.

I was there on Anthem, Freedom was next to us and it did not seem overly crowded at all.

I just looked at cruise tracker. Liberty and Mariner will be in Cococay April 11

I have been there with two ships a couple times and we have always found plenty of space. Cruise dig will give you port schedules

Answered by Header08 on January 26, 2023

I think only two ships can dock there on any given day. There is only the one pier, so one ship on each side of the pier.

Crew center web site also. Crowd size depends on ship size, number of pax.

Was there last Saturday with two ships in port. Not crowded at all and was pleasantly surprised. If you’re with a group splurge on a Chill Island Cabana or go the free route and grab a comfy chair. Even with two ships Chill Island area was not crowded! Plenty of sun and shade. We saw stingrays and colorful fish right in the knee deep water. It was a lovely time!

6 ships 21.000 cruisers projected for Mar 7. So hopefully yours will be a light crowd

Coco Cay always has 2 ships docked every day.Looks like Liberty OTS with approximately passengers 4,356 with your Mariner OTS with approximately 4,001 passengers.

GrtHands Coco Cay can only accommodate 2 Royal Caribbean ships at a time per day. So not sure where you got your answer from, but it's wrong.

Was there in November. Two ships docked and there was still plenty of space.

Go to cruisetimetables.com. There you can find all you need to know about ships, port schedules and ship info all there. It’s awesome for many reasons. We are going this June and only one stop do we share a port and it’s just one other ship.

I’ve been there many times never had another ship there but it will be a large crowd just with one ship specially at the pool and food area.

We've been there with two ships prior to expansion and it was fine. Plenty of space

Answered by Delmark on January 29, 2023

Plenty of space. Highly recommend purchasing the private club pass. It’s worth every penny and you feel like you step into a five star beach resort-compared to the “water park” feel the rest of Cococay feels like.

Was just their last weekend with two ships and it wasn’t crowded but if you like quiet and relaxed either Beach Club or if you’re with a bunch of people Chill Island Cabana. Book NOW! They both sell out.
