This is on their island, and prices are fixed. They just ask your room number and charge to that.

I've been there three times and if you're asking about the straw market like shops run by the Bahamians, I think they only take cash.

also be aware to shop the other vendors in the area as they all have different items, get ready for a bit of sticker shock as some vendors shirts were $45.00+.don't be afraid to bundle a few items and negotiate over the price.

Depends on the vendor. A couple of places are run by Royal and only take your SeaPass. Then the ones run by Bahamians will of course take cash, some have apps on their phones to take credit/debit cards (as long as the signal is strong), and they are supposed to accept your SeaPass until 4 hours prior to your ship's departure time but are reluctant to let you know that option.
