When you make it to Freeport, visit Fat Tuesdays. They have a drink the 5 hurricane or something of another and that drink has a kick to it. Lol, I was one and done

There isn't much to do here because it's a industry island but locals where nice. If this is one of your ports I recommend visiting port laycya market place. The Greek eatery is good and nice section of shopping there. We also visited Gardens of the Groves with was beautiful and learn some history as well.

Excursion was cancelled due to weather. Nothing really at port but shopping. I think next time I would stay on ship and enjoy the hot tub and pool. Would be a great day to take advantage of the cheaper spa also.

I did not like Freeport. You get off the ship where you're immediately whisked away (by cab) to an area that is nothing but a tourist trap (it was just this "grand bazaar" type area where everywhere sold souvenirs. There was nothing special about this place - just trying to get you to buy insignificant things. In all fairness, though, I didn't go on an excursion so if I ever do visit Freeport again in the future, I will make sure I check into them to see if there's something more exciting. If no excursion catches my eye, I will just stay on the ship.

We did the Dolphin Experience at Freeport. Took a small boat to the excursion. Tiko was the captain of the trip. He is very entertaining and kept the guests laughing. Would definitely recommend this excursion. Only complaint was the water was cold about 60 degrees, but playing with the dolphins made up for it. They are amazing!! As for port its self Freeport is an industrial port so it's not as pretty as Nassau. There is a nice shopping area right when you get off the ship. Locals are friendly.
