Buyer beware of the shops here. No one hut has the same price for the same item, and make sure you get your change back. My tween granddaughter was shorted $10.00 and it was too late when noticed. There aslo is not enough free water activities to do.

Beautiful island, though our day ended up in early departure due to possible rain (that didn't happen, but it DID look that way). Nevertheless, it is a beautiful island with a great complimentary lunch and drinks! We did the "Snorkeling at Your Leisure" experience, which was rather fun, except the waters didn't feel as colorful or full of life as other areas I've been to (e.g. Hawaii). Still, it's a great place to swim around in the surf, as long as the weather holds out alright! (which it usually should)

Love this place! Don't pay for a snorkeling excursion! I found this out the hard way. I paid for the treasure hunt snorkeling excursion and I already had everything but the life vest, which I needed, but otherwise I wasn't accompanied by any excursion employees and went as long as I wanted. Bring your own snorkeling gear. I definitely didn't need to pay for this treasure hunt excursion. The island is absolutely gorgeous. Wish we'd stayed here as long as we had stayed in Nassau.

We took a similar cruise 15 years ago and still remember Cococay very fondly. Snorkeling at Cococay was a highlight of our trip back then and was a favorite of our kids too! This time was just as exceptional. The cruise line has enhanced the island since our first trip and added more attractions. There was so much to do. This was our favorite day.
