We rented a Bungalow it was the best thing so relaxing, protection from the sun and the beach isn't crowded. This place is beautiful the water is better once the tide comes in. My daughter 14 did the aqua park loved it.

Is there more than just one beach to go to on CocoCay and are there excursions that can be purchased not through Royal Caribbean? I will be cruising in 17 days!!

Coco cay is very cool it just got renovated and it is very nice this December it is getting little houses over the water for rent. It has the tallest water slide in North America and a nice large wave pool it is royal Carrie and private island and is overall very nice and chill

Usually I would give this smiley face but we didn't get to go so this review is in line with this cruise. There were so many disappointed people, some even in tears bc we missed cococay but the weather was horrible and most everything there is water related so they couldn't have done what they wanted to anyway. Book another cruise here in Dec or Jan when the weather is usually perfect but always have a back up plan.

Absolutely the best day!! We did the swim up bar--we ended up walking around because the pool was cold!! We explored the island and ended up in South Beach. It was fun and super chill. The bar and snack shack were nearby and easy to order from. We swam out to the tiki bar and meet a bunch of fun people it was so much fin.

Which is better on cococay. The ocean view cabana or the beach bungalow on south beach? I will be traveling with my husband, his mom, sister, grandmom and our four kids ages 1, 7, 9, and 14. Thanks for your help!

It was ok. The water is pretty in spots...it had weird smell..like sulfur or something. Everything there was expensive. My neice got her hair braided for almost $60 and the same style was $20 in St. Thomas. The water was cold in May. We ended up heading back to the ship after about two hours and going to the pool. We didn't eat at the BBQ on the island, there were too many flies. We just ate when we got back to the ship.
