Great place and beautiful, right off the boat. Quaint town for shopping.

Find out when the tide is low. Plan your excursions around that so you can walk to bar island. We took a 2.5 hour Acadia National park loop and it was fun morning. It was foggy so we couldn’t see the bay. Probably best to do in the afternoon.

We didn’t know this place was like a blueberry capital! Found a bar right at the pier, Stewman’s, and had a lobster sampler with clam chowder and blueberry pie. It was the best. Lots of fun little shops!

Liked the port. It is a shame the snobs on city council is banning cruise ships. Most shop owners are not in favor of the ban.

I enjoyed getting off the ship and visiting Bar Harbor. The tender process was fine this day.

We had a wonderful day discovering Acadia, national Park. The weather that afternoon really cooperated.Abel to see all the beauty of the park.We began and ended the day with absolutely delicious blueberry pie.

We had to tender, and that was confusing about getting a ticket to get off the ship. All they had to say was if you have an excursion with Princess, you don't need a ticket. I did a nice walking trail at Acadia National Park with a knowledgeable tour guide.

Our favorite.

Tender was much better. People were nice contrary to popular belief. The fog rolled in as we were leaving and delayed our departure.
