Once the tender is full the actual transit is only 5-10 minutes. If using the whale watching boats it actually takes them longer to fill the tender than to get to the pier.

It's a beautiful area. We were there on our liberty of the Seas cruise last year.

check out my (Veendam) photos if you want to see perspective for where they anchor. Some ships may exercise their lifeboats, which could add another 5 minutes over the local tenders.
