Sitka, Skagway, Ketchikan, AK- These are all tourist towns. Sitka and Skagway were small and quaint. Ketchikan was the biggest. I did a glass working class in Sitka. It wasn't what I thought. I didn't make anything fancy like the flower I did on my first cruise. It was instead a long glass wand, that had to be cut in tow so I could take it home safely, as it was over 2 feet long. But, it was a nice trip, and the weather was very nice and I had a reindeer dawg. Sorry Rudolph, but you taste very good!

Nice town. We went on the best of Sitka tour through rci. Great tour of bear sanctuary and bird rehab. I would recommend it.

Get up early and get your camera out. Coming into Sitka is one of the most beautiful settings I’ve ever seen.

Lost my wallet here in a shop. Locals helped me recover. Great shopping!

Great town. Don’t bother paying for an excursion for the totems. Take the free bus in town and walk there. Maybe 20-25 min walk, all paved. Easy. Stop by the little aquarium along the way, it has touch tanks and was a nice stop off half way to the totem forest.
