Nice hiking trails across the bridge from the visitors center.

No excursion but went to the wildlife place and the native Alutiiq museum - both very interesting and not costly. Close to the information center. Shuttle provided to the downtown area.

Free shuttle service good. Not much to see, but really enjoyed the fire dept exhibit and talking to crew.

was pouring rain so we rode bus to town and when everyone got off we stayed on the bus. We say can we've been to down town Kodiak! went back to the ship and had hot chocolate from room service.
