Sailing on Holland America on 8 September, in Zuiderdam. Had email last night to say our lumberjack show booking has been changed from 11:00 to 15:00. Nit sure why, we are also booked to do Neets Bay bear watch by float plane that afternoon as well. No time confirmation, time keeps changing gif this too on the online excursion booklet. Has anyone else had this happen. Unsure what to do, cannot call Holland America as I’m in the Uk. Many thanks.

I cannot call them as I’m not in the USA. Online chat does not work outside of states. Emails go unanswered.

Yes, I could call them, slightly awkward with time difference and obviously the cost if I’m on hold. I have emailed them. If I get no response, I will look for another way to contact them
