Breathtaking! Absolutely loved this experience. No excursions, the Cruise ship sails around Glacier Bay and they do a narrative overhead in the public areas.

Spectacular beauty. What I did not realize at the time we booked our cruise was that round trip cruises do not get to cruise through Glacier Bay. Other cruises are missing the point of the Alaskan Cruise by missing this opportunity. It felt very special to be in this untouched place.

Dress warmly for standing on the decks to watch as glaciers come into view. It was fantastic! Bring your cameras out with you. Ask questions if you see a spot you would rather stand for viewing. You will be told if you can get there. Worked for us.

Tremendous views of the glaciers. They turned the ship so everyone had a good chance to view them. I would recommend a balcony room to have your own personal viewing station.
