Captain decided to skip because of weather but did not have the courtesy to inform guests who got up at 5.30 am and were waiting for 2 hrs!

Not a port and the excursion here was cancelled due to time. But being able to float down the fjord and see the glacier was quite incredible.

With the ice flows in the channel, and the size of our ship, we were unable to see the Dawes Glacier. I will say the scenery along the way was nice..

Beautiful area to cruise and we got very close to the glacier. Juneau and cruising Dawes Glacier was definitely the highlight of the trip!

Just too much broken ice for us to get there - no one's fault, but still disappointing.

Unfortunately the ship was not able to get into the bay where the glacier is located.
