We like booking our tours with cheap cruise because we're in smaller groups like a dozen people. Took tour with Salmon Berry tour had 2 hour city tour. Got back in time for lunch at the White Spot Cafe on 4th and A st. they had the biggest Halibut burger with fries. The brownie was to die for, it was moist and fudggie. Found a great Bakery and got a strawberry cake with champagne frosting for my b-day party on the ship.

Great city. This was where we flew home from. Love the downtown area. Very friendly. Did a trolley tour of the city. Would highly recommend it to see the city.

I had a lot of fun here. I did the train and booze tour. We took Railroad Alaska to the Alyska (?) Ski slopes, then after coming back down the team way, we got on a bus and visited/sampled at a brewery, cidery and distillery back to the ship. Sad I could not get bottles for home shipped.

There is a lot to do in Anchorage. All passengers are required to take the free shuttle to Eagen Center from the cruise ship. We would have loved an extra day in port.

We flew into Anchorage to start the land tour portion of our cruise. Great city, we ate at the Glacier Brewhouse which was fantastic. They had a Bloody Mary bar that was spot on. Great atmosphere and staff. We stayed at the Captain Cook hotel which was perfectly located downtown and we were able to walk all over the downtown area. We enjoyed our short stay in Anchorage.
