The totem pole excursion was okay, the lumberjack show was very good.
Nice little small town, we heard good things about the walking ghost tour from our wives who took that excursion. We also did the gold panning, dog sled and 40 degrees below zero trip. The dog sled information was great, the gold panning was okay, and it took a sometime to go through the line to weigh your little bit of gold, probably a neat experience for kids but not for us as adults, just trying to get you to buy some trinket with your gold! Overall the program wasn't the most organized.
Not a lot of time here so more time would have been beneficial. We took the bus tour and we were overall disappointed much of tour was going through neighborhoods and it would seem to have been better to go to gardens area, the famous castle we didn't even go by it. I wouldn't do this trip again, I would do something different for sure.
We took the tram which was a great view, not much else up at the top when you get there. We took the catamaran which picked us up at the ship to Tracy Arm and the views were great! The staff on that boat were excellent and we got to see some whales on our way to Juneau as well. By the way if you like a great local bar with character and history go to the Red Dog Saloon, walking distance to the ship as well, my friend and I had a great time there!

Probably the only negative is the wait time for elevators but that is probably the nature of the beast if you will with that many people.
