It was matter of time till authorities, let US Marshals board and take over the ship. Like any other Arrest (Seizure), the Captain is notified, a written seizure notice is posted on the ship along with other mandatory boring stuff.

Thanks for the update. I have been curious about the status of these ships. I would hope this gets worked out in a positive manner for the paying passenger.

The long arm .... Was bound to happen. I see one of Crystal's sister companies has suspended all sailings as well. I assume for related issues. Been expecting to see someone go down.

I hope they read the ships their rights. I'd hate to see them sail out of court on a technicality.
