WHY ARE WE PACKING SO MUCH "STUFF"???

Or its just heavier cuz we're gettting older???

I always make a cruise packing list. I understand your plight. It seems I keep adding things to my list, yet NEVER subtracting.

P.S. I agree with Privateer43 - my swimsuit is much bigger than 40 years ago. And pants, and belt, and .....

Some of our clothes contain a wee bit more fabric than they did when we were twenty.

It's the older we get. The more we need. I am a certified over packer as it is. But it does seem like the older I get the more I take.

This is rediculous...for 2 experienced cruiser types, I think we're taking everything we own...I need to get me eyeballs uncrossed here....

Not only is it getting heavier because you're older, but also, the older you get the more things you need to have along, just in case. I now always include a back brace, 2 knee braces, a travel cane (wife's), (2) aspercream roll-on's (his and hers), and the larger than travel size bottle of ibuprofen.

Because, “things” don’t turn into “stuff” until you have to move. AND The older you get the more “things” you acquire.
