While the Admiral's away -- the Crew will PLAY!!

What ONE change would you make to ALL cruise ships to enhance the cruising experience? To make it more 'FUN' ?

Me, me, me first !!!  Ok, calm down, you have over a month until the Admiral returns.

Answer - I would give everyone a soft chocolate chip cookie on embarkation

(and a bottle of rum).

Others - please add your own discussion thread on 'While the Admiral is away -----' should you be so inclined, and not afraid of being placed in the brig once the Admiral returns from her voyage to the Northland.

Along the line of cookies, I'd have a large plate of peanut butter and chocolate cookies waiting for me in my cabin on embarkation day and in the evening at the end of each cruise day.  And on the last day a sack of cookies handed out as you exit the ship with a nice greeting using my first name instead of "Sir get off the ship by noon or else!"  (Exaggerating a bit of course).

BTW keep in mind, even though the Admiral is away the Commander-In-Chief (Simon) is still watching over us sailors.

MUTINY !

first, we have to lure him out.  Someone post something off topic.

Ay, ay Mr Christian

I love pound cake and vanilla ice cream.

No wait, I change my mind!  I can't do this to Admiral Gloria.

Going back on topic.

I love pound cake and vanilla ice cream while sitting out on one of the balconies of the Grand Princess in the middle of an Alaska cruise.

I want a personal masseuse to come to my cabin and massage me with exotic oils every night ... oh wait - that's why hubby's going on the next cruise Surprised

Ahhh very nice.  So that's why people get married.

Here's how it works ... In the beginning, it's all about the bride.  Then the groom starts busting his tail to make her happy, and it's all about him and his job. Then they have children and it's all about the kids.  Then they start accumulating houses, cars, vacations and it's all about money and the stuff.  Years later, they realize if bride makes it all about groom and groom makes it all about bride ... the heck with the kids and the stuff ... everybody's happy!

PS. As you might remember, it's hubby's jobs to bring the cookies to bed every night....
