I see the tags on your post are all EU tags so I am guessing you are looking in that direction. The Med is a nice place and the Baltic can also be nice. As an alternative you may also consider Bermuda. It is beautiful.

I'm not sure how far you're willing to travel or where you live, but I would highly recommend Scandinavia because in 2018 I took a cruise in Norway in July and it was amazing.
