When is a view Obstructed?

Obstructed view is usually the row of cabins that look out at the bottom of the lifeboats. Of course it could also mean that you were sitting next to a girder at the original Yankee Stadium, as I found out as a child.

Put my response in the wrong thread...sorry bout that...I read the responses BEFORE I clicked on the link...usually its the other way around...but...no matter...never clicked on it anyway...we don't do TIKTOK, or Face yer behind, or think UTOOB is "life"... anywho...hasn't mattered so far....entitled whiners have been on my list long BEFORE we ever started cruising...fortunately, since we don't work anymore, have very few neighbors (and the ones we do have would DIE b4 they whined) and since we think our cruising days are about over, our exposure to these types is almost non-existant...

I think I heard that story somewhere. What she's forgetting is those rails are there for her safety and is not considered an obstructed view. Now, if the lifeboats were in the way, that's a different story...

I can't even see the photo you are discussing. The original post just has a huge blue word/number salad obstructing the view of your posted picture. If I come to this site to learn things, photos should not be obstructed. I guess I should abandon ship and see this Kon Tiki thing you folks are talking about. I feel I am entitled to see posted pictures. Time for a wine refill. Ra !!!

She is going to have a difficult life if she considers that an obstructed view. That’s just whining. Obstructed views are usually when the lifeboats block a your view or when the part below the railing is solid.

And the other reason is she wants "clicks". I swear, it seems to me that Tik Tokers and YouTubers are getting more ludicrous and idiotic with their content by the day.
