I'm going on a transatlantic cruise on April 2nd ( from Fort Lauderdale to London) and I'll have 6 days at sea. Normally I don't bother with buying internet packages because the speeds are SO SLOW but this time around I will need to check in on business while I'm away.
Has anyone recently been on a Princess Cruise and seen the daily discounted offers that they promote ON BOARD? I'm trying to decide if I should buy now or wait until I get on the ship to take advantage of specials. Thanks
I'm one of the ones that enjoy being (and am able to be) unplugged during a cruise.
Honestly, even if it were free, I doubt I would check my emails (or twitter, or facebook, or any of the other sites).
Carnival Cruise lines, has a 5 dollar 24 hour deal for Social Media only , it worked for me

I work a bit when on prolonged cruises so Internet cxn is important to me too.
We've done three Princess cruises in the last six months. We did not see daily Internet specials on board. There was one late-in-the-voyage offer so people could print off their boarding passes but that is all the comes to mind.
We purchased a plan prior to a 28 day cruise and ended up getting extra minutes (600 minute plan + 80 bonus minutes). That ended up being the best value.
