Yep, my last got eaten...oh well...anyway...yeah, we noticed the slightly smaller size too. and the interesting pricing as well for her sister. we're kind of mulling it over as well...and AB, we felt that way about BREAKAWAY but decided to try it...been on her 5-6 times and GETAWAY as well...used to think the smaller ones were "better"...(that was back in the day when you wanted to take in a show or eat you could just wander in).....but after a few days you've been to all the venues, and theres not much to explore on the so-called smaller ships themselves..now on the bigger ones, you can almost always go exploring and find little hidden spots to hang out in....anyway, the behemoths are here to stay, and we've learned how to make the most of them.

Pretty Cool.

Awesome. Note the passenger size? 3200. Down from the Breakaway and Breakaway |Plus classes of 4000 and larger than their older classes at 2400 to 2800 so somewhere in the middle. Seems like sizing may have met its limits with NCL. Yet I see RCL and CCL still putting out the 5 and 6 k behemoths. Mind you the newest RCL class is 4 k but they are still building the previous and larger Oasis class ships.

Nah, just another gussied up tub. I'd rather sail on a container ship.

Seriously though, even though those are CGI's, the ship does look gorgeous. I will put it into contention for our 2024 sailing alongside the CCL Jubilee and RCL's Icon of the Seas. My wife and I have talked at length about just once sailing on a new ship. We recently had 2 chances with bookings on the CCL Mardi-Gras, but both were cancelled.

Quite the looker. We are contemplating laying down our deposit for a March 2024 cruise on the Viva out of Puerto Rico.

The ship looks fabulous!
