This is becoming common in many industries. I wonder if the pandemic altered peoples priorities.

Amazing...those are money makers...

Actually, some recent reviews have mentioned a shortage of bartenders and casino staff. A big surprise to me. However, I understand that some of the shortages have been diminishing.

Can show up in lots of insidious ways...stewards getting more cabins to do, means yours may get done later...meals take longer to appear..maintenance could be delayed, or poorly done..less people at Guest Services....I'd bet there'll be no shortage of bartenders tho.....I'll find out in a week...but some folks in here have been cruising...and I didn't find any mention of it...

Many of the crew found other jobs during the shutdown and/or are not willing to come back at reduced pay (original offer at the start of the restart). Hoping things improve for everyone!
