Negative reviews

Does anyone else read a negative review of a cruise you were on and wonder if the writer was actually on the cruise? Some of them are so far from what I experienced that I can't believe them.

I do reviews of the good, the bad, and the....."ugh!" I let the reader decide for themselves, since their taste isn't necessarily mine.

Last cruise wasn't what I expected...we made the best of it, but when it came time to do a review, first i had to convince myself to do it, (many times i don't even bother, and had a great time) and then I had to write what we felt we experienced...she wasn't a happy camper either. and I left alot out...could have been twice as long and twice as bad.....sure, some folks loved the cruise, and some folks didn't...so what? darn glad we cancelled the second one on her in march...as to what people believe in cyber, well....thats why its cyber. More important to me what people I actually know in RL think...to a point that is...

I do all the time. It amazes me how often it happens. It tells me if you go with the attitude you're going to have a bad time, you will. In fact on our last Princess cruise, I came home with the the thought of a good time. Talking to my DH months later, he remembers it as one of the worst cruises ever. He was't feeling great and didn't really want to go. Attitude is almost as important as itinerary.
