Luggage express service out of FLL?

I've used the luggage express service disembarking from Celebrity cruises in Miami. (Express service moves your checked luggage from the ship to your airline for a $25/pp fee.) Any know if that service is also available at the Ft. Lauderdale port?

Not the last time we sailed from there, on Carnival. Don't know about other cruise lines.
