Is the solarium open to all adult guests on Ovation of the Seas?

I'm thinking about sailing on Ovation in a standard (non-suite) cabin, but I discovered this on RCI's website:

Access to the Solarium on Quantum of the Seas and Ovation of the Seas is limited to guests sailing on Junior Suites and above, Crown & Anchor Society Diamond and above members and Royal Premier guests in China sailings.

Is this something new? Are they saying that I won't have access to the Solarium? I've always been told the solarium is included. This could be a showstopper for me!

I got the message from the questioner to clarify my answer. So, in effect we both gave her correct information based on from where the ship sails

So simply stated, my answer was correct: "It depends where you're sailing from. That restriction is for cruises sailing from China."

Not sure why you felt the need to repost incorrect information after I had already clarified?

All public venues are open to all guests no matter what class stateroom they book. So, yes as long as the user is 16 or older, it is not open to children. That said, both of these ships sail in Asia and I have never sailed on a ship departing from Asia so there may be additional restrictions.

Better explanation - thanks

It depends where you're sailing from. That restrictions is for cruises sailing from China.

Simply stated, yes, IF you are an adult 16 or over.
