I guess the "politicians" in the CDC have to blame someone. They certainly can't be to blame for suggesting the problem wasn't a major pandemic in the beginning. I agree that the cruise industry is an easy target, because their passengers are from places far and wide. The phrase, in regard to the CDC, "power hungry" comes to mind.
