Anyone on the 29th departure date

ship is great. but have had better experiences on other ships. i love a cruise i guess this was not as well planned with activites on this one.

I actually cruised Anthem twice, once with family and once with friends. Both were enjoyable. For me, it's all about WHO you cruise with. My friend is an experienced cruiser and basically uses them to relax. My niece came the second time I was on Anthem, and she was more energetic, wanting to do everything.

We, too, meet up for dinner. Sometimes we do other things together as our interests are similar (that’s why we are friends). Some friends are easier to travel with than others. The only pre planned thing is dinner. Hope you have a wonderful time.

What was wrong with it the first time? Per your original post it seemed ok. PINKIE is right...cruising with friends can be a great experience...but sometimes it gets tiresome seeing them "all the time"...and everything you do turns into a "committee meeting"....when we cruise with friends, which we do about 1/2 the time, they're experienced cruisers too, and we meet up for dinner/drinks....other than that, we're on our own...not for everyone, but works for us...

Cruising with friends will make a big difference even if nothing else changes.

Anthem is a nice ship. Enjoy.
