Does activity from Shipmate link here?

I use both, and it seems the activity on Shipmate does not sync to the website.

I can't find any posts (or chats) I made there on the Forum.

Are chats from Shipmate app considered forum posts on the website?

The photos and comments do appear though.

This is why I am on both. All the shipmate chatter wouldn't work on the Cruisline forum. While the photos do transfer, one must click on photos to see them. Several of us frequent both.

Agree with AuntPinkie

It is interesting that it doesn't. I think the mods should look at this.

It's always been like that since I've been on here (about 4 years).

Hi All - Happy to provide some insight on behalf of the team. At this time, the Forum here on the website does not link directly with the chats that we have on Shipmate. and Shipmate were created separately, and over time we have intertwined certain parts of the site and app together, such as photos, cruise advice content, cruise deals, and roll calls.

This is something we have discussed adding in the future, so stay tuned! Thanks to everyone for your feedback.

Thanks! I was hoping to focus on just one. It is kinda tedious going back and forth.

Thanks again.

You can just choose and focus and one. It wouldn't be much of a problem.

I love a responsive management Happy

Well, as you've read, many of us use both for different reasons. The PC version has more community options, for example: I can't read many of the articles from the site on the app. But the app has quick access to deckplans.
