I keep getting an error on my Shipmate app EVERY TIME I log in and try to do anything. It says "Could not convert Database Value". I've uninstalled and reinstalled. My phone is running Android 8.0. Can you please help?

@CruiseQueenNH. We had a glitch in the system that has since been fixed. You might need to uninstall install the app for fix. If you still are encountering issues, please email us either at hello@cruiseline.com or support@shipmateapp.com.

Tried to research it, all i got was tech gobbledegook....is it working? you might try to "contact" the folks who run this blog down at the bottom of the page...they always answer...

I have never heard of this. I think that the servers might be down.
