Coffee and robe?

Can anyone tell me if you get Tea/Coffee facilities and bath robes in your stateroom balcony cabins please.

I have no idea...where did you get that idea from? We've only stayed in balcony and suites with them. mebbe someone else can chime in. The OP used the word "facility".I assume the OP meant the lil tray with the machine and coffee/tea pkgs on it. I thought they were complimentary everywhere.

The answer is yes and yes. You'll meet your cabin steward the first day. bear in mind embarkation day is a zoo, especially for them. if you want an extra robe, or anything else you can ask, and he'll try to comply that day, but don't get nutz if he doesn't. I've found that introducing myself and my wife, making sure you pronounce his name, and shaking his had goes a long way. And you can tell him you've cruised many times before (if you have) seems to help. I think they think experienced cruisers give them less grief.

In addition, we've had big discussions in here re: tipping. How much, to whom, when, etc. To each his own, but I hand him $20 then and there. Makes for a more pleasant relationship all week. He'll get more later, depending.
