Wow glad you didn't go on and on would hate for your blood pressure to reach the boiling point. Definitely sounds like you did not get a bang for your buck sorry for that sure you folks worked hard for every penny. Definitely follow up with a nice letter to Carnival Corporate good luck with that but I do recommend.

Wow! How sad that this cruise did not live up to your expectations. Next time, I suggest you try a newer ship.

I mean I just felt like I got caught on the ship that they're juicing till the max before they throw it out. There's no excellence or customer appreciation. I paid over 1400 for 4 days 2 people so it's not like I got it on discount but the treatment we had was like if I was begging for some type of government help. The pools were yellowish closed a lot of times the hot tubs weren't hot at all not enough tanning chairs. I mean I can go on and on. My husband and I made the best of it since we don't get to close our business for a week other than on Christmas. This ship needs to be redesigned in every aspect of the word. So disappointed. I definitely had better memories from my previous cruises. Let me not for get the food was... oh lord I can't even say... sad just sad. No iron guys no iron only one per floor. The amount of people wearing wrinkly clothes was crazy people looked funny walking around.
There is a very good reason for not having irons for every one and I can say that I haven't ever had to worry about wrinkled clothes.
Servers, I can say that I have never had rude and sarcastic ones. They've always been nice to me. Maybe it's because I treat them like people and not my servant.
Restrooms. There is a couple thousand souls on the ship and you and I may clean up after ourselves, there are that don't even wash their hands.
The cost of your cruise will be high because you are cruising during the most expensive time of the year.
Chairs, this is for any ship. Lots of people and not enough room for chairs for everyone.
There is plenty of activities on board for just about everyone. You just got to go find it.
