Honeymoon crashed by kids

In response to review, CrusinTim says ...

Hi Candice! First off, Congratulations on your honeymoon. Sorry to hear about the issues you had with all the kids onboard your cruise and am happy you will consider Carnival in the future. I have been on 5 Carnival cruises and have always had a good to great time. I do want to point out to you that just as airlines can not divulge the names of who is flying on their planes, it is the same for cruise lines UNLESS those passengers are aboard for entertainment purposes for the passengers such as a band or a comedian. Even if your travel/cruise agent inquired as to if there would be any conventions on a ship your considering, they (the cruise line)would not release that information. You see, you may want to avoid kids by the method you describe but there are also people that may not like certain groups or clubs that will be sailing and or having a convention and book that cruise for no reason but to start trouble. So it is a security issue. You were sailing with kid dancers which would be a great option for pedophiles if they knew they were cruising. I know it sounds a bit dramatic the way I state the reasoning but wanted to make sure you see the reasoning behind it. Now, go book your next cruise!!! :)
