Has anyone been to St. Petersburg? Can you recommend a good excursion for there? I know there are many choices but wanted to see if someone has actually been on one.

We did a 2 day tour thru Carnival called the Grand Tour of St. Petersburg. We had an amazing time. We saw all the famous places The Winter Palace, Hermitage, Peter and Paul's Fortress, Catherine's Palace. And many more places cathedrals. We had a great lunch each day also. Our guide was fantastic and so informative. It is a place we will never forget just beautiful and we didn't have to worry about a visa cause we booked thru the ship.

We did the 2 day tour of St Petersburg through Celebrity. It was excellent. We toured all the famous cathedrals, gardens, the Hermitage and we dined at nice restaurants. All admissions and meals were included. Our tour guides were informative and took good care of us.

Look at Viator: Shore Excursion: Visa-Free 2 Day All Highlights Tour in Small Group. . I did a two day excursion ( on ship each night) . No city nicer than St. Petersburg. Reasonably priced as well.
