If you click on “SHIPMATES” there is a plus in the upper right corner. Click that and a window comes up asking the name of the person you want to find. If that person is in the system it asks if you want to ask to message them or invite them to be your Shipmate. Then the invite is sent.

This could be it's own post so that all the forum regulars who want to can be Shipmates as well. How do you find members in the app to request the connection? I go to their Cruiseline.com profile and pick a past or future cruise from their history. Then I find that cruise in the Shipmate app, go to the rollcall, find their profile, and hit “add Shipmate”. But I feel like there’s gotta be a better way…

How have we not been "Shipmates"?

I have had shipmate for a number of years. Love it for viewing posted pics and reviews

It was one of the reasons I joined Shipmate. Be prepared for a “shipmate” request.

Can’t be done on Cruiseline, must be done on Shipmate.
