A lot of words rhyme with buffet

What is a cruise without a buffet?

I understand it's a little cliché,

But it's what we expect on our cruise get away.

We don't need to sit down to something gourmet;

we want to eat without delay.

We want to return to the salty sea spray.

There's nothing wrong with a little café

or a meal built around a mignon filet.

And yes, it's fun to see something flambé,

but we don't always want a fancy entrée.

Whether off to the beaches of Montego Bay

or on the waters of beautiful Norway,

when we roll our luggage up the gangway,

We'll hate to see our buffet cast away.

We want to pull our food from a tray

as we dance in line to the beat of Reggae.

Maybe I'll choose a fruit parfait

or maybe I'll get that and sorbet!

But wait, is that a strawberry puree?

Oh look, there's noodles in a sauté!

All the wonderful food is quite a display.

From Sunday to Monday at night and day;

from the moment we hear anchors aweigh,

we want to partake in a delicious buffet!

Great job.

Going on Freedom August 29. we shall see.

WELL DONE!! Great stuff.....but...is it still a buffet if THEY serve you? or you gotta stay 6' away from anyone else? A lot less food wasted, as if it matters. Theres a few folks in here who are going to find out fairly soon. AUG?? SEP?? I know a few in here have bookings for NOV, me included...you bet I'll be paying attention.

Ole !!
